ValleyWide Property Manager Earns Respect

I would just like to inform you of how great Chrissy has been with managing our sites. As we all know, some of the homeowners are not the easiest to get along with. Chrissy handles them in a very professional, fair manner. I have had many compliments on Chrissy. Unfortunately, the homeowners that are not satisfied make it known to all and it overshadows most of the satisfied and pleased homeowners.

Chrissy and I work very well together and Tuskes Homes is very fortunate to have her manage our sites. Working well together makes my job and her job so much easier, which in turn saves us a lot of aggravation and time. If there is an issue, she deals with it immediately and gets the problem solved.

Chrissy is very dedicated to her job and to the homeowners. A few months ago, we had an issue that needed to be taken care of. It was stated in the declaration, somewhere, about the rules of that issue. Chrissy looked for that one sentence and when she couldn’t find it, she took the declaration home with her. When I came in the next morning, I had an e-mail waiting for me. She had found it in the declaration. To know Chrissy took time out of her personal life to search for that one sentence proved the dedication and determination she has for her job. That wasn’t the first and certainly wasn’t the last where she has taken work home with her.

Markward Group is very lucky to have such a dedicated, professional and intellectual employee that Chrissy is. I look forward to working with Chrissy and Markward Group in the future.
