What does ValleyWide do?

ValleyWide is an Asset Management company, meaning we we have the capability to assist our clients with every aspect of real estate ownership. What does that involve? Property selection, negotiations, financing, managing, accounting, repairing, leasing, maintaining, improving and selling. Our clients include individuals and organizations, investors and homeowners, but they are all seeking to maximize the value of their real estate assets, be it a 40,000 SF Class-A office building or a four bedroom, two-and-a-half bath center hall colonial.

ValleyWide is headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in the center of the Lehigh Valley. We operate across the region, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Phillipsburg, Quakertown, Reading and all the surrounding communities.

We maintain a growing staff of 30 of the best property managers, real estate agents, maintenance and construction technicians, accountants and financial experts in the business.

Meet Our Key Personnel

Howard Graeffe - Chief Executive Officer, founding member of ValleyWide Property Management, LLC, and Broker of Record for ValleyWide Real Estate & Asset Management, LLC. Prior to forming ValleyWide, Howard served as the Chief Operating Officer for an integrated real estate company, Vice President Corporate Finance for an investment bank and a Principal in Cambist, Inc., a business financial consulting firm. Howard career began at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in commercial leasing and financial services. Mr. Graeffe currently sits on the boards of the Interstate Commission for the Potomac River Basin where he chairs the Audit Committee and the Wildlands Conservancy. He received his BS from Wagner College and his MBA from Temple University.

Bill Jacobi, CPA - Senior Vice President and Controller. Most recently the Controller for an integrated real estate company, Bill has held various divisional controller positions with AIG and AT&T. He received his BS from Bentley College and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

 

Dale Fenstermaker - Senior Vice President. Responsible for maintenance and construction services for ValleyWide and owner of Restoration Services. Restoration Services was acknowledged in 2007 by the Lehigh Valley Home Builders Association with an Award for Excellence. Prior to starting Restoration Service, Dale was the production planning manager for two manufacturing companies. Dale received his BA with a Cum Laude designation from Syracuse University.

John Eastman - Vice President. Responsible for commercial real estate for ValleyWide. He has over 20 years of facilities management and commercial property management experience. John most recently managed over 13 million square feet of industrial space for Liberty Property Trust. Prior to his work at Liberty, he was a property manager for Colliers L & A and a facilities manager for KidsPeace and Lehigh Country Club. John earned his BS from Kutztown University.

Rita Scheirer, CMCA, ARM, - Vice President. Responsible for community association management for ValleyWide. Rita has over twelve years of experience in association management, including several years as Senior Property Manager with an integrated real estate company.

 

Matt Macdonald - Vice President Commercial Building Services. Responsible for managing, identifying and developing relationships across all of ValleyWide’s operations. Previously, Matt worked in banking where he developed portfolios for several regional institutions, including Independence Bancorp, Meridian Bank, CoreStates Bank, First Union Bank and Mellon Bank. He built a cumulative portfolio worth $300 million throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Matt received two BAs from the University of Scranton.
